Biography:

Dhruv Maheshwari is a rising senior in the Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania, studying computer science and business. Throughout his time at Penn, Dhruv's had the opportunity to teach STEM in urban schools, do management consulting for a wide variety of nonprofits, and launch an online learning platform (with the help of Eric Shapiro, another fellow). After spending one summer doing software engineering at Google and another summer teaching history and English in a West Philadelphia School, Dhruv realized the strong potential of technology in serving the nonprofit and social impact landscape. He recently started Hack4Impact, a Penn organization that does pro-bono software development for nonprofits and socially-responsible organizations. In his free time, Dhruv loves to hike, sing, and explore the city.
